South African Heavyweight Ruan Potts Signs with The UFC

South African Ruan Potts has vacated his EFC Africa Heavyweight title to sign for the UFC on a six fight deal.
A pro for just 4 year, Potts has gain a reputation as one of Africans finest prospects while fighting under the EFC Africa banner which broadcast in over 110 countries around the world (Extreme Sports Channel in the UK), and is available in over 40 million home.
A polished ground fighter, the 8-1 South African comes from a wrestling and judo background and is know for his submission game as well as his vicious ground-and-pound.
The 2 time EFC Africa champion, has finished 7 of 8 victories (4 submission, 3 TKOs) and is most know for his 3-fight series with fellow South African prospect Andrew van Zyl, with Potts winning 2 of the 3 fights in the trilogy by submission, with the loss coming by 5 round decision.
